Can I send from my own domains?
Yes. Most clients send from their own domains, so the reputation we build stays theirs. If you prefer, we source aged sending domains with a clean history and manage them for you. Either way we configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ARC on each one, and custom tracking domains are included on Growth, Scale and Enterprise.
What happens if a domain gets blocked?
We proactively monitor domain and IP reputation. If a domain shows signs of blocklisting, we immediately rotate to backup domains and work on remediation. Multi-server rotation minimizes single points of failure.
