1. Who we are
sendhaven.io is operated by Trigger Media Project SRL, registered in Romania under number 38360430 ("SendHaven", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@sendhaven.io.
2. What data we collect on this website
- Enquiries. When you email us, message us on Telegram or book a call through Cal.com, we receive your name, contact details and what you write, and use it to reply and, if we work together, to manage the relationship. Cal.com processes booking data under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics, with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referring site and clicks on contact buttons. Google Consent Mode is configured so that no analytics cookies are set and no identifiers are stored until you click Accept in the banner.
- Server logs. Our hosting records standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, time) for security and troubleshooting.
3. Cookies and similar storage
Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key sh_consent; it is not a cookie and is not sent to any server. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept:

4. Client data and the sending platform
Clients who use SendHaven's servers and dashboard upload their own contact lists and content. For that data SendHaven acts as a processor on the client's instructions, under the data-processing schedule of the service agreement. Clients are responsible for the lawful basis of their lists and for honouring unsubscribes, which the platform processes automatically. This website policy does not cover that data; the service agreement does.
5. Legal basis
- Analytics cookies: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules).
- Replying to enquiries and managing a business relationship: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Server logs: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
6. Who we share data with
Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data on our behalf under Google's data-processing terms; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Cal.com processes bookings. Telegram handles Telegram messages under its own policy. Our hosting provider processes server logs. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.
7. Retention
- Google Analytics user-level data: 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Enquiries: as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then deleted.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@sendhaven.io. You may also complain to a supervisory authority; in Romania this is ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro.
9. Age
Our services are for businesses only. This website is not directed at anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
