Short answer: Doctor Mailer sells a sending platform with VPS bundles, a spam-testing lab and an affiliate tracker, from about €2,100 per month for three VPS. SendHaven sells managed dedicated sending servers with aged domains, warm-up and a dashboard, from €424 per month for one server. If you want a free trial, a spam lab and a tracker in one login, Doctor Mailer is the stronger product. If you want servers and domains that someone else sources, warms and replaces, at a lower entry price, SendHaven is the better fit. What each company actually sells
Doctor Mailer (doctor-mailer.com, founded 2015) is a mailing platform for high-risk senders. The core product is "Autopilot" sending on VPS bundles, with add-ons: Leads Surgeon for list cleaning, Mail Lab Pro for spam testing, and Dr Tracker for affiliate tracking. It has a 14-day free trial, public API documentation, an integration on Make.com, and most of its community lives on Telegram.
SendHaven (sendhaven.io, 2026) is dedicated email infrastructure as a managed service. Each client gets its own servers and IPv4 addresses, aged sending domains that we source and own, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ARC configured, managed warm-up, replacement of any server whose IP burns, and a dashboard with lists, campaigns, tracking and reporting plus SMTP and API access. We serve iGaming, crypto, forex, CBD and nutra, adult, dating and cold email.

Where Doctor Mailer is the better choice
- You want to try before you talk to anyone. Doctor Mailer has a trial and a login. We do not; our setup involves buying domains and warming IPs for you, which cannot be free.
- You run an affiliate program and want tracking in the same stack. Dr Tracker exists; we do not offer one.
- You want a built-in spam lab and prefer one vendor for sending, testing and cleaning.
- You already own warmed domains and just need servers and a platform to run them on.
- Track record. They have eleven years of history. We have months. That matters to some buyers and it should.
Where SendHaven is the better choice
- You do not want to source domains, warm IPs or manage DNS. That is the part most high-risk senders get wrong, and it is the part we do for you.
- Entry price. One server at €424 is a fifth of a three-VPS bundle. You can prove the channel works before scaling to four or eight servers.
- Your brand domain must stay untouched. Our sending domains are ours; your main domain never carries sending risk.
- You already have a platform. Mumara, Interspire, your CRM, your own code: connect over SMTP or API and keep your workflow. You are not forced into a new platform.
- You want a written agreement, invoices from an EU company and a refund clause. We work on a service agreement with a data-processing schedule, which larger operators ask for.
Capacity, honestly
A warmed SendHaven server sends around 1,500 emails per day at strong inbox rates, roughly 45,000 a month. Four servers is about 180,000 a month, eight about 360,000. Beyond that we build custom clusters, and we tell prospects plainly when a volume is not realistic into Gmail from any Postfix or PowerMTA setup. Doctor Mailer publishes "unlimited" sending on its bundles; in practice the limit on both sides is what Gmail and Microsoft will accept from a given IP, not the software.
How to decide in five minutes
- Need a trial, a tracker or a spam lab: Doctor Mailer.
- Need someone to own the infrastructure problem end to end, starting small: SendHaven.
- Sending from a platform you already like: SendHaven servers behind it.
- Sending more than a few million a month: talk to both, and expect either to quote a custom cluster with a warm-up schedule rather than a bundle.
If you want our side of that conversation, message @alex_rosca on Telegram or book a call. If you choose Doctor Mailer, we would still rather you send from dedicated infrastructure than from a shared ESP that will suspend you.
Frequently asked questions
Is SendHaven cheaper than Doctor Mailer?
At entry level, yes: one SendHaven server is €424 per month (list €499) against a €2,100 three-VPS bundle at Doctor Mailer. At four to eight servers the monthly totals are closer, and SendHaven adds a one-time setup fee that covers domains, DNS and warm-up.
Does SendHaven offer a free trial like Doctor Mailer?
No. Setup involves buying aged domains and warming IPs for you, so we cannot give it away. Instead, if deliverability has not improved within 30 days of going live, the first month is refunded.
Can I use Doctor Mailer's platform with SendHaven servers?
Any platform that can send through SMTP or an API can use SendHaven servers as delivery servers, including self-hosted platforms. Whether Doctor Mailer's hosted platform allows external delivery servers is a question for them.
Do I need to bring my own domains to SendHaven?
No. SendHaven sources aged sending domains with clean history, owns and manages them, and replaces them when they burn. Doctor Mailer expects you to bring your own domains.
Which one is better for iGaming?
Both accept licensed iGaming operators. Doctor Mailer suits operators that want an affiliate tracker and a spam lab in the same stack. SendHaven suits operators that want the infrastructure managed, their brand domain protected, and a lower starting price.
